Belief in the messenger

(1) The fourth pillar of the Islamic faith is belief in the messenger. (2) We believe in all the prophets and Messengers who were sent by Allah to guide mankind. (3) We believe in their messages, which reached us through authentic narrations of the Sunnah telling us about their news. (4) We also believe that the first of them was the Messenger Nooh and the final one was the Messenger Muhammad shallallaahu alayhi wa sallam.
(5) The Messengers are the best mankind. (6) They are created humans who may not worshipped. (7) They eat, drink, become ill, and die as all humans do.
(8) One who believe in some Messengers and denies others is a disbeliever because by his claim he belies the Qur’aan and the Sunnah and all the divine books. (9) Denying one tof them is as much disbelief as denying all of them. (10) Allah says, “Verily, those who disbelieves in Allah and His Messengers and wish to make distinction between Allah and His Messengers (by believing in Allah and disbeliving in His Messengers) saying, “We believe in some but reject others, “ and wish to adopt a way in between. They are in truth disbelievers. And We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating torment. And those who believe in Allah and His Messengers and make no distinction between any of them. He shall give them their rewards, and Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful” (An-Nisaa: 150 – 152 )
